1. Ordering & Payment

All products (Tops, Swimwear, Beachwear, Skirts, Shorts, Dresses, Co-ords) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse sales without prior notice.

1.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed in EUR,GBP,USD,etc. (based on location) and exclude taxes/duties, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors, currency fluctuations, or supplier changes.

1.3 Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and CloudBillions Hong Kong Limited gift cards. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (US/EU); 7–14 business days (rest of world).
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

2.2 Title & Risk
Title to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for loss/damage after delivery confirmation.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy
You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Exceptions include:

  • Customized/adaptive clothing (e.g., magnetic-closure garments).
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at purchase.

3.2 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective/damaged.
  • We shipped the wrong product.

3.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving returned items.
  • For PayPal refunds, processing may take 14–30 days to comply with regional laws (e.g., 30 days in Brazil, India).

3.4 Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Cash refunds are unavailable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, trademarks) on CloudBillions Hong Kong Limited platforms is proprietary. Unauthorized use (e.g., copying, reselling) constitutes copyright infringement. Our AI-generated designs are protected under database rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimers
We provide services "as is" and disclaim warranties for:

  • Fitness for specific purposes (unless confirmed in writing).
  • Uninterrupted/error-free website/app access.

5.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for claims (contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product/service.
